Meet the CEO of Peninsula Contemporary Bathrooms and Home Renovations, Dave Smith, a Qualified, Fully Licenced Builder. Dave has a background in building that not too many have entertained, as he is a multi-skilled tradesman.

Dave’s experience started back in 1984 as a Bricklayer/Stonemason. Then, he moved into Cement Rendering – Concreting – Carpentry – Tuckpointing – Waterproofing – Tiling – Plastering & Painting, which built a skillset allowing him to build basically any high-end renovation and wet areas.

Over the past 20 years. Dave has focused entirely on the Mid to High-End Bathroom sector, which now includes Laundries, Kitchens and Internal Home Renovations, and has been lucky enough to build in some of Sydney’s most luxurious Multi-Million-Dollar homes, working with a number of Elite and Iconic Business People.

So, if you are thinking of building something contemporary or something very different, we are definitely up for the task, there is nothing we can’t do: it simply comes down to what you want to spend.

Dave would like to make a strong point on how we operate and what we believe in, as follows:

• We only build one project at a time.
• Our service is second to none.
• We provide organised Gantt Chart Timelines so you know your start and finish date and what happens each day.
• We collaborate only with Top-Shelf (A-Grade) trades people for our custom (Cabinets–Stone–Glass) and our Plumber & Electrician have been with us for many years and simply don’t let us down – Dave personally builds everything else.

• We have WON many Awards for BEST OF SERVICE & BEST DESIGN from 2018-2024. This site also has many many reviews that can only be produced directly from the client, so they are all legitimate.

Q. Can I call your last 3 or any of your last 10 Clients for a reference on how the experience was throughout the build? If they say NO, you have your answer moving forward.

Being the owner of a design agency- Ace Property Agency, Rebecca excels also at kitchens as well as bathroom renovations and has gathered a lot of experience working with us at Peninsula Contemporary Bathrooms by handling upscale projects across Sydney. Besides being a kitchen and bathroom renovation specialist, her work also includes material selection and is capable of fitting all of your ideas into your dream renovation design. Her working experience and skill set will help you to get rid of all your design related overwhelms and stress.

In this podcast, she shared her valuable knowledge and working experience of her countless projects on renovating homes, design works and developments across Melbourne and Sydney.

Meet Angela Neylon. She is the Creative Director at Joanne Green Landscape & Interior, with extensive experience in interior and landscape design.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Design from RMIT (2010), and launched the firm’s interior design division in 2013.

Stepping into the Creative Director role in 2017, Angela now oversees all interior and landscape projects. With a collaborative approach, Angela ensures seamless integration between architecture, interiors, and outdoor spaces.

Working closely with clients and builders to create refined, functional environments that enhance everyday living, Angela has been working with Dave for more than 7 years. Angela is a rare talent and really brings a smile to all our clients as she seamlessly delivers outstanding spaces each and every time.
